Payment Terms Full payment must be received at the time of registration to secure your ticket. For online credit card bookings, you will receive an email confirmation with a tax invoice attached. No entry to the event will be permitted for attendees who have failed to pay. 

Cancellations/Refunds Cancellations can be made up to six weeks prior to the event for the full amount. After this time any cancellation will incur a $300.00 admin fee. No refunds can be given after two weeks prior to the event; however, substitutions are permitted. 

Tax Deductibility Conference fees and associated travel costs are normally tax deductable. Eligibility for tax deductions should be verified by your independent tax advisor. 

Program Disclaimer Speakers and programs are confirmed at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice. In the event that a speaker fails to present at AREC2022 due to illness or unforeseen emergency, TRET will attempt to provide a comparable speaker. 

Force Majeure In the event AREC2022 cannot be held due to acts of God, exchange controls, export or import controls, or any other government restriction, wars, hostilities, blockades, civil disturbances, revolutions, strikes, terror attacks, lockouts, severe transportation difficulties or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of TRET, delegates shall be notified of such force majeure condition and advise of a re-scheduled conference date once practicable after a force majeure condition ceases to exist. 

Data Capture By registering for AREC2022, you agree that your personal data will, subject to McGrath’s privacy policy, will be captured within our secure online database. Exhibitors that you engage with onsite will have lead generator devices that enable them to capture your contact details, only after mutual conversation and consent has been initiated. By providing your details to Exhibitors, you do so at your own risk and in accordance with that Exhibitors relevant terms and conditions and privacy policy. TRET is not liable for the use or disclosure of any data as a result of you allowing an Exhibitor to capture your details and personal information. 

Privacy Policy McGrath Limited and its related bodies corporate (including but not limited to Total Real Estate Training Pty Ltd (ACN 093 918 122), franchisees, agents and brokers (McGrath) collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, so that we can provide our products and services relating to our conferences and events, and to tell you about our products and services. Without your information, we may not be able to provide 

you products and services, you may not be able to attend our conferences and events and you may miss out on receiving valuable information from us. We may disclose your personal information to companies in the McGrath group, to relevant government agencies for verification of CPD requirements and to third party service providers who may have servers located overseas such as in USA, Europe, Japan and Philippines and you consent to these disclosures. You have a right to access your personal information that we hold and may ask us to correct this. Onsite filming and Photography You may be photographed or filmed whilst attending AREC2022 and purchase of your ticket implies your consent for TRET to do so. In this instance, TRET may broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you without compensation. TRET and any third party who has the right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise staff at the information desk. 

Ticket Discounts and Discount Codes Discount codes are available for large group bookings (over 50 delegates). Please contact tret@tret.com.au to discuss if your group qualifies for discounts. Please Note – ticket price amount paid is final, no refunds are given for the difference between price paid and a discounted price if made available to you at a later stage. 

Gold Pass + Accommodation Package Specific Accommodation: Standard package stay dates are 2-nights of check-in Sat-28-May 2021 and check-out Mon-30-May 2021. 100% Cancellation fee from Friday, 17th April 2021. No refunds beyond this date.
